Junior Analysts/ SAS Programmers
We have an immediate need for junior analysts and SAS programmers to support engagements with public and private sector clients. Successful candidates will possess a bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, econometrics, operations research) and excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications
1. BA or BS in a quantitative field (i.e. economics, statistics, operations research, etc.), or equivalent experience
2. Strong verbal/ written communications skills
3. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Access

Desired Qualifications
1. SAS programming experience (BASE, STAT, etc.)
2. U.S. citizenship required for some projects
3. Experience with advanced analytic methods (i.e.., forecasting, regression, statistical sampling)

Experienced SAS Programmers/ BI Consultants
We have an immediate need for SAS Programmers and/or SAS BI Consultants to support engagements with public and private sector clients in Washington, DC/ Charlotte, NC/ and San Francisco, CA. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of BASE SAS experience
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Experience with the Microsoft Suite of software
4. Ability to write DATA STEP code and utilize base SAS procedures such as PRINT, TABULATE, UNIVARIATE, MEAN, FREQ, etc.
5. Ability to import SAS data from a variety of sources using SAS code and exporting SAS data to various targets using SAS code.
6. Ability to be on client site when / if necessary

Desired Qualifications
1. Experience using SAS BI tools such as DI Studio, OLAP Cube Studio, and Enterprise Guide
2. Experience designing reports using Information Map Studio, and Web Report Studio
3. Experience with advanced analytic methods (i.e.., regression, statistical sampling) is a plus!
4. Experience with SQL or PROC SQL language

Experienced Oracle BI Analyst
We have an immediate need for an Oracle BI Analyst to support engagements in Washington, DC. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications
1. At least 3-5 years of Oracle BI experience
2. Experience developing and implementing data warehouses and BI environments, including dimensional data modeling, OLAP, and ETL
3. Proficiency in PL/SQL and scripting with experience in developing advanced queries, procedures, and views
4. Ability to work with complex data structures and understand data relationships in OLTP and/or OLAP based databases
5. Ability to analyze customer requirements and implement best fit solutions using available technologies
6. Ability to develop and document standards, guidelines, and processes as required
7. Experience with database performance analysis, query optimization, and table space planning
8. Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
9. Ability to be at a client site when / if necessary

Desired Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of Oracle database administration experience, version 9 or higher
2. Experience using other SQL-based databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, etc
3. Experience using other BI platforms such as Cognos, Business Objects, Actuate, MicroStrategy, or SAS
4. Experience with advanced analytic methods (i.e.., regression, statistical sampling) is a plus!
5. Experience in a customer support or help desk role, or
6. Experience in an application development environment

Required Qualifications
1. At least 3-5 years of Transact-SQL programming experience
2. Experience developing and implementing data warehouses and BI environments, including dimensional data modeling, OLAP, and ETL
3. Proficiency in Transact-SQL and scripting with experience in developing advanced queries, stored procedures, and views
4. Ability to work with complex data structures and understand data relationships in OLTP and/or OLAP based databases
5. Ability to analyze customer requirements and implement best fit solutions using available technologies
6. Ability to develop and document standards, guidelines, and processes as required
7. Experience with database performance analysis, query optimization, and table space planning
8. Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
9. Ability to be at a client site when / if necessary

Desired Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of SQL database administration experience, version 2005 or higher
2. Knowledge of installation, configuration, clustering, and mirroring SQL Server
