		<description>Thanks for the link, Sean.   I think we&#039;re all definitely keeping an eye on ways to measure progress.  I know that my bosses usually want the &quot;proof&quot; of effectiveness, but sometimes it&#039;s nice to just say &quot;trust me&quot; and see what happens.  At minimum, it saves us from a 5-page number-crunching document, haha!

We do have a &#039;rating&#039; system in place where students are rated higher based on activities (campus visit, call-to-action on email, requesting info online, posting in BUForums, etc.) and those rankings determine if a student is mailed an application/viewbook, or simply emailed a link with some info.  It&#039;s worked well and definitely cuts costs, but we are still struggling on how to implement a lot of the social media aspects into it.
